I'm looking forward to seeing the podium along Park Lawn finished. Both the red brick and the glass are looking pretty good along there. Here's hoping the signage for the retail units is good, and not cheap-ass crap like at Beyond The Sea just around the corner!

I did a shot by shot comparison of 42's pix with the fly-by video on the Westlake website, and the video turns out to be quite accurate. The big different is that the video has the glass being clear and transparent, whereas in reality, we are getting darker ones.

Yesterday, zoomed in on the iPhone, so not so sharp. Sorry.

Two of the three towers appear topped off, while cladding climbs to the top.

I sneaked in to get a firsthand look at the retail area between the towers. They are using Unilock stone blocks for everything (sidewalks, road, etc.). No concrete or asphalt. It looks quite nice. I find the width of the I believe is the parking area to be quite wide. It is more than enough even if all cars area parked side by side (although I believe cars will be parked at an angle). It would be nice if they can make the sidewalks wider while the parking area made slimmer. But the overall width of the area is decent. There are spots for trees and hopefully lighting.

Two topped off:

Looks like they decided to make the top for all 3 buildings the same. In the rendering, the top of one building is like a square bottle opener.

A look inside...

I had my doubts with this project but it's coming along quite nicely. Onni has done a pretty good job in Toronto thus far with the Yards projects by Fort York and this one.

The Humber Bay Parks provide so many interesting vantage points on the nearby buildings.
