Nice.
Etobicoke's Humber-Bay shore skyline is looking quite impressive already, with many more buildings yet to come. While there's no standout buildings(until Eau du Soleil) it has the best looking skyline profile of all of Toronto's highrise nodes outside of downtown.

I know this is basically suburbia and people need their cars but I just wish we could do away with strip malls. These buildings are OK but I hate that interior strip mall. I thought it was going to be a pedestrian area, like a courtyard but the video shows differently. I'll be happy when strip malls are banished from the city and all parking goes under ground.

From what I've been reading, the one thing people seem to be complaining about the area is the lack of retail and restaurants. And Westlake is incorporating them in their development quite nicely, IMO. The Shops at Don Mills appear to be a hit. I guess you can't please everyone...

? its only a single line of angled parking, hardly the end of the world. That space is still very pedestrian friendly. there are a lot of urban areas with angled parking.

I've lived in Toronto long enough that I've never seen a strip mall look anything remotely like this... Not to mention the 50+ storey towers on top.

i have a question guys i bought the southeast cornor of phase 2, i was wondering if i might be able to see the downtown core lights view from there since i known there gonna be another building behind the esso gas station.
