Had looked of getting off at Keele Station to shoot the site, but never made it and the sun was against me. A few more shots to come that I got on my way home. Not as many as I hope as the train was at full speed compared to the slow speed going east

Almost all exterior cladding has come down now, with the Bloor and Indian Road sidewalks being opened. Very happy to see planters located between the vehicle right of way and sidewalk, not between the building face and sidewalk as is all too common (although this is the case on the Indian Road side).

However, planter boxes are abnormally wide resulting in the narrowest stretch of pedestrian clearway along this entire stretch of Bloor. Not sure why that happened/why staff allowed for such a narrow clearway on Bloor, as without checking i'm almost certain it does not meet their guideline for the street.

Despite that, the frontage is genuinely very pleasant, and the single storey storefronts, broken up with brick columns, are better than about 90% of projects built in the last 30 years. The absence of two storey stark glazing across the entire base is so refreshing. Here's hoping the influx of residents gets BikeShare to finally put a station midway between Dundas and Keele🙏.

You are correct, this answers my question of why they had reinstalled the bike lane barriers so far out.
