I almost feel bad for Quadrangle at this point to see so many designs thrown out every time Kingsett flips a site.

I guess there is no hope Mattamy homes sticks with Quadrangle for the design?
Based on the reactions in this thread I was expecting another BeBloor style development, but based on some of Mattamy's other work in the city, perhaps we could still end up with something slightly more unique?

It's not impossible that Mattamy keeps Quadrangle, but it's definitely more on the unlikely side. Based on their recent condo work in the city, their architect of choice has been Graziani + Corazza.

They use aA a lot too - but also Turner Fleischer. I suspect aA won’t be involved here.

I guess it's about replacing something not so special with something not so special. But yeah...the lack of imagination to pad the bottom line mentality has gotta go, IMO.

Meh. The Keele Wall hasn't been redone as a total project in at least a decade. It used to be an annual thing and writers would come from all over to put their mark up. Hasn't been that way in years though. That said, there's no reason why the north facade couldn't also play host to murals in the future:
