It's a shame that Acura and Volvo Dealership (And the Jeep dealership next door) continue to take up space around this development.

Volvo is building a new dealership along Bayview near Audi, so you can anticipate that going eventually. I doubt the Acura is going anywhere soon, since that building is fairly new, but it will be surrounded by the long-term care centre and 28 Eastern, so it doesn't bother me so much. The Jeep dealership, I agree, would be great to redevelop to complete Front Street.
 
Looks like one of last major inner city parking lots will bite the dust. This and the demise of the 400 Front lot will go a long way in making the downtown feel truly urban.
There's still the pesky surface lot at Church and Bloor. It's not as massive as this site, of course, but annoying nonetheless.
