Hmmm I will reserve judgement until I see it all unveiled and see the windows installed but my initial reaction is to be a bit wary of the top of the brick and how it meets the addition on top.

They’re using the same window system on the heritage component that was used on the podium at King Blue, so the windows should look nice.

That's not how it's done. They save the bricks of course but do not assign each brick to be returned to its neighbours. Of course, they do return any unique 'sculptural elements' to their original location but one brick is much like another and they are often put back with the former "inner faces' now facing out to try to avoid using spalled faces exposed to the elements.
