To be fair - you know it's a Concord project - adjust your expectations accordingly. (Ditto Canadrel, Pemberton, etc)

The lot/site has been vacated by rogers a while ago (i.e. the building is empty) anyone know the plan ? (maybe there's a thread for it).

Fascinating aerial shot. If you compare it with an old (pre 1960s) aerial shot, you would think the Maple Leafs baseball stadium were still there. The townhomes with dark rooftops on the bottom left of the picture are roughly where the stadium was, and their outline resembles the old stadium
