That looks like 5 to me............... @ProjectEnd would not approve!
 
WPSQ has sent out a survey to residents asking about amenities and what we would use. Nothing particularly special on that, but we've been assured that nothing in the proposal to redevelop the area will impact the cost of our rent. Unbelievable.

If built, that's really going to dominate the immediate area.... I'm guessing some Cabbagetown residents must be freaking.
 
But that very height is what's dominating! It's also that much closer to the pocket of small cottages that's classic Cabbagetown. Just sayin'.

I don't see this application (or their other one on Howard, for that matter) being anything more than a value-add exercise. Greatwise is a slumlord first and foremost, not a developer.
