Unfortunately that balcony glass appears to be clear, so it won’t hide the spandrel very well.

the balcony will be fritted - they have 'horizontal' gradation , similar to ' vertical ' gradation happening on podium level curtain wall.
what's up there now is mock-up and they only installed 0% ~ 25% opacity portion of the frit gradation - that's why they appear so transparent. wait and you will see.

they are fritted - the frits will gradually become more dense and opaque at 4 corners of the building .

The tonal gradients on that glass are dead sexy. Very pleased with the outcome of this one thus far.
