Interesting to now see a corridor forming on Yonge. The layered density is really starting to change the character of this strip.
Absolutely, yeah. I agree. And there's not much room for that here in Toronto, actually.I think layered density is the most important part- giving towers a bit of a setback (behind podiums, historic facades) creates a wider view corridor and makes the city feel larger.
Totally agreed.
