Luckily the photo still had it's EXIF data intact, so here you go:

Canon EOS 5D Mark IV 380mm f/6.3 1/320 sec ISO 1600 EXP 0 No flash, compulsory

Doesn't tell you the exact lens, but my guess would be the Canon RF 100-400mm F5.6-8 based on the focal length and aperture.
