Significant credit should also be directed at CreateTO for design direction and site planning prior to selling the site to Mod Developments.

You know, I've passed this building more than a dozen times over the years, but really only remember peceiving the podium level which does have some of that old-school industrial vibe of the area.

That really bad, what do you even call it......faux 19thC French motif on the upper levels is such a jarring non-sequitur.

I don't have the hate on for revisiting historical styles that some do; but that is one very poor attempt and completely misplaced.

The glassiness imo. It's just too "shiny" if you will to fit in with Richmond.
