Any guesses on when this project will be ready for occupancy? Is there an award for Toronto's slowest developer? Conservatory is surely in the running:

Keyz's two posts at the top of page 7 show that it's not far.Curious to know how far in those 3 extra levels go under Cove's parking structure.
Wow that's awesome, good catch! Thanks for that, looks to be an aisle and a row of parking I'd say?
Yup, that's exactly how that looks to me!Wow that's awesome, good catch! Thanks for that, looks to be an aisle and a row of parking I'd say?
Yup waiting for the full construction industry to get back to work, i would guess after the sate of emergency is lifted sometime in late MayApril 25th, 2020. The site's been idle for the past few weeks.
The closing has been delayed until Oct. 2022. I have heard some buyers have defaulted on deposits due to the current economic crisis. Not sure if this project is still on or getting cancelled.
I just got a marketing email from Conservatory group a few minutes ago for Waters Edge offering an easy to own deposit structure. I doubt they would cancel it, I'm pretty sure they sold a majority of the units already.
