Yesterday. You can see the forms for the second floor rising on the north end, and first floor to the south. It's a whollotta cranes!

With the 2nd floor being formed, you can start to see it at ground level on the west side thanks to the tall fences there. The north end is more advanced than the south at this time. You can start to see it from Confederation, but a long way in from the street.
As a note, the short tower for AVIA 1 + 2 is top off including the mechanical floor.
