Hi, anybody knows the zoning plan of the land on the north-east side of Lake Shore & Park Lawn Rd? I guess there will be some new constructions in the future, couldn't find the address on the Google map.

I don’t know if people are moving into Vita yet, but from a distance it appears to be finished. I probably am less dismayed by this project than are most UTers since I prefer simplicity of design to what often seem to me meaningless, stuck on features. And though wrap around balconies are scarcely original, Humber Bay Shores is a place where balconies are useful and do make sense, IMO.
Edit: I had a complete brain cramp on photo #1. While you can see a sliver of Vita, the building in the centre of the shot is actually Lago. My bad!

Agreed...this one is sorta okay if you don't try to look at what's behind the balcony glass too much.
