^^^ While not brilliant, the above is distinctly not bad; proof, once again, IBI has at least some staff who can design passable stuff; just not enough of them.

If the renders are to be trusted, a big positive is that it looks to be spandrel free with a relatively uniform/symmetrical mullion design. Makes a big difference vs. the messy, plasticky look of excessive mullions and spandrel.
