Senator owns the land between Heartlake Collection and the 410. It's possible they would be interested in buying the site, but in theory there may be some legal issue between them and Vandyk that would necessitate then being in the loop.

Yes, Some construction activity is going on. Question is what kind of construction activity. Are they finishing the project or it is just winterizind and misc work. Don’t know. We need to wait for next update, I think.

Reason being uptowns is the only project which was in the middle of construction before receivership.
