Brampton UPtowns at Heart Lake | ?m | 4s | VANDYK

That is for homes over $600k- mine was under ($565k)
It says right there on the link you posted "For homes with a purchase price of $600,000 or LESS, deposit coverage is UP TO $60,000."...so you would get your full deposit back....Unless you paid Vandyk more than the required 10%

A lot of us paid 15% so I’m not sure what you’re talking about..5% down each payment 3 times in total

Nope....Tarion is only covering up to 10% of the purchase price. Anything you paid after 10% isn't insured.....so if you paid 15%, 5% is not insured

Surprising considering that it is outlined in section 26 (c) of the Factum they presented to the judge.....
This judge didn't have any of the documents pertaining to Uptowns when the proceeding started. It was emailed to he during the proceeding. So obviously he didn't have the time to go through it. And they never brought it up.

This is crazy...signed off on $120M without any documents. And we wonder why developers are comfortable with doing whatever tf they want. Courts are an absolute joke.
