With interests and probably delay construction as project will go ahead.. maybe a class lawsuit from everyone., still no response from KSV, probable going to court for new dates..Which they won’t lol.

Seems like KSV is taking their time on Uptowns. Another vandyk project is sold (41 Wabash). Upcoming motion requesting approval of the sales from the court.
I wonder when we'll hear back on Uptowns.

Think the dates and prices screw them so maybe have to get court approval for that and not only decide well to complete project..

Yeah the Uptowns seems like they’ll have two choices:
1) ask buyers for more time and money, or
2) cancel project
#1 won’t happen
