There's a front-page article on UT today that has the same photo, in colour. How is it possible to gather a crowd of 9 people in Toronto in 2021 and have it just happen to be exclusively middle-aged white men?

In their defense, both Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties are family-ran offices.

The dig is proceeding quickly. But other than the pile of rocks or concrete seen in the pictures the site appears to be mostly easily dug out sand.

Dump trucks lined up to remove earth. Very good progress with lots of equipment and people on site.
