There's pier 27 too. One Bayside's landscaping on the podium looks nice. I wonder if MLS will look half that good.

i believe the 70% to get financing is correct, however, i'm too sure about 58% being sold.

You sure hope that this nice development in this trendy area can at least sell 2 condo apartments a month in a city of this size.

For the month of January, 76 new condos were sold in all of C01. So yes, selling 45 units could take 6 months at the current pace.

I'm glad they're still doing the townhomes, they haven't been mentioned by the developer. I like the look of them. For some reason they look very 'U of T'.

Maybe it's me but I just don't think those THs should be part of the project.

I find that they serve as a barrier to the surrounding area.
I can understand if this was the suburbs where many developers do that, but NOT in dt TO please.
