There is a Crosstown Office on site that is open everyday I believe and I usually go visit every so often and ask for updates directly from the vendor.Thanks for responding! Where would I go to see these updates?

I went to the City's Building Permit Status site and noticed that the examination status of all the applications for "New Houses" have changed from "Open" to "Refusal Notice". Out of curiosity, I emailed the examiner listed and inquired what that meant and if it was a big deal. She responded that application isn't refused, but a requirement for revisions or additional information is outstanding. Nice of her to respond and clarify.Permits have been filed - there are a lot, so I'll just post this one:

Aspen Ridge I am sure is going to build the towns regardless if they reach 75% or not.townhouses are different than condos - developers can more easily proceed with individual blocks and more easily self-finance.
Anyone know how much these are going for? It's an amazing location in terms of planned transit access.
2027 is the opening date for these but I imagine it would probably be earlier, seems like its moving quick
