Totem has sold 100+ of its 145 units so far.

That makes sense being the dead of winter and this project will be built with direct access to the subway. Good timing marketing wise.

Although overall, I love this project, I'm saddened that no attempt is being made to save the original canopy over the front entrance.

It a shame to see it demolished, mostly because of those mint green bricks that are so evocative of the 1960s. I wish glazed bricks would make a comeback.
