Or simply, Madison vs Westbank. Take a look at Westbank's portfolio and it's quite obvious they strive for architectural excellence from all the architects they work with.

Westbank is arguably the finest project developer in the country. Unfortunately, Toronto doesn't seem to have an equivalent. Fortunately, they have a handful of projects here, all of which are top tier.
