I was hoping that perhaps they were still building it to allow the upper floors to be built at a later time when needed... but... nope.

Just caught my attention of lowering the floors. Are they building it in phases having tower built later on? Because the tower's earth tone facade part is well needed in this area. instead of the blue green black and white curtain wall norm lol!
