They are supposed to start demolishing the buildings next week. They are having some party to celebrate it.

I hope we are invited to this party! I gave them 3 deposit cheques already.

It is on Tuesday but I think it is being organized by Toronto Community Housing and not the developers of the condos. They are calling it a Demoliton Event. Think anyone can attend and it starts from 12 pm.

Do you guys think this project will be done before October 2017? Or should we should expect a delay. I'm new to the pre construction condo.

There are almost always delays by developers, I would not depend on anticipated handover date that the developer gave you. Just my 2 cents from being in the bizz.

Given the site is being cleared just now with 0 excavation thus far ... my guess on Occupancy is June 2018

so the 78 rental units are for the units that are now being demolished which are Toronto Community housing correct? And where did the people who live din those units go?
