Oh expect condos, but I doubt all 6 of them. probably 4 condo towers, a rental, and an office, or something like that.

Likely a lot of retail.

The fact the globe project might go head is odd !

Looks good. Interesting preliminary concepts being explored, I like the potential pedestrian streetscape idea. Also appears to be some playful forms for the towers and podium motifs. Overall looks very CKW meets Harmony Village, and less like 1 Yonge's soaring expanses of glass.

Preliminary renderings look hot.

I was under the impression this was a site to share information. What is the purpose of this post if you are not going to share the info? Need to try to impress?

If you're not going to share, keep it to yourself.

To get hits to his website maybe?

Actually I forgot about these renderings, as I thought the architect would release high rez images. When I initially posted I didn't have them on my site. My website is a non profit. Unlike 99% of other real estate oriented sites.

Here you go:

With special thanks to the Urban Land Institute for taking them and posting them on their twitter feed.

Means that the redesign of the corner building to integrate with the rest of the site is going to take much longer than anticipated.

These are pics from June 6, 2013.
