Does anyone know who is responsible for managing security in the the indoor/outdoor retail area? Anyone else concerned about security given the large mixed use space that I presume the public will have access to afterhours? Seems like a place that squatters might try to trespass
I feel like it would be similar to an outdoor mall security situation similar to say Shops at Don Mills or the Outlet mall.
Though you do raise a good point, since it won't be a closed space.

When will construction be complete?

This site has destroyed the neighbourhood with noise, dust, construction lane diversions and closures. It would be a huge relief for this to come to an end.
LOL youre on urbantoronto where the consensus is to build litterally anything and to basically ignore nimbys which is what you are litterally doing.
"destroyed the neighborhood" cmon man thats like the worst nimby argument that keeps getting used
chill out. it's not that bad.
the tall office tower completes early next year and the residentials are probly going on till late 2022 early 2023. so a full year and a bit

In fairness pstogios' statement could be completely true, while not also being an anti-development sentiment.

Has The Well's construction been plagued with repeated delays other than those beyond their control (such as COVID restrictions)? Have they been making excessive noise and creating dust above and beyond what's necessary for a project of this size?

wow. going back to the discussion on retail tenants, i feel like many prospective tenants will be dying to get in here once they actually see the space and its potential to attract hundreds (maybe thousands on weekends??) of people a day
