If we were somewhere like NYC where the vast majority of companies already have an office space then maybe. But I think there's still so much whitespace for Toronto where companies will still need to setup a Canadian presence and have space for at least a partial group of employees to work at the office optionally (+ breakout rooms etc).predicting the future is tough these days...but I struggle to see a lot of new demand given the hybrid work from home flexibility everyone is aligning too right now.
FWIW I don’t think 4 messages is too much of a derail but sure thing, onwards and upwards ️Okay, I didn't mean to derail this thread and create another debate about the future of office space demand. I was noting the fact that this project is almost all leased out.
