Don’t know about the architectural merit to this - it looks vaguely like some stacked Oreo cookies with a pile of crumbled Oreos on top ( a thriving business by the way). But 11 stories in this area is just fine - older and coming developments to three of the four quadrants of the intersection exist Of this size - plus and minus. The parking lot to the immediate south has always puzzled me…spin off from the days of hot shot bowling maybe? Should be green space now as it interferes with the recreational / bike trail. And as there is. It much green on site…?
