While the white precast panels currently define The Stella’s elevations, their final appearance is yet to come: Henriquez Partners has confirmed with UrbanToronto that the exterior's distinctive colouration — seen in the rendering at the top of this article — will be carried out through staining in Summer 2026, once installation of all panels is complete. Though the panels are rising in their untreated state, the decision to apply the finish as a single phase allows for a more efficient and cost-effective process.

I forgot there was supposed to be colour here. Not sure if it'll look very good, but on the other hand, its mostly limited to the interior, which...is probably good.
