The two Southwood threads have been merged. The two phases are on either side of Kingston Road, a block or so apart.

This is Southwood Phase 2, on the north side of Kingston Road, curiously, much further through the construction process than Phase 1.
Heading down the lane along the east side of the building to the ravine on the north side is pretty interesting…

It looks like they they ran out of some discontinued brick and had to use some other cladding in a few spots.

The Hoarding will be coming down in the next week or two as they are just finishing up installing the ground floor windows. The Big Carrot Natural Food Market will be opening their second location here as the anchor tenant with a target opening date of late February 2018.
The two Southwoods from a couple days ago. One hardhatted construction worker outside Phase 1, then pictures 3 and 4 are Phase 2.
The hardhats at Phase 2 were installing Snow Route signs on the electrical pole outside the building, and not connected with construction there. It looks nearly fully lived in, whereas Phase 1 looks like occupancy's just starting.
