Progress update: Very little has moved in the past week. Still pouring the core, and the outer walls all need to be erected. Today there was no-one working.
LiUNA Local 183 is on strike, reflecting 6 of 30 construction trades, including high-rise forming.

What makes you say that?
The price jack up on decor upgrades for this project was mindblowing (presumably due to commodity bull run), so hoping they do not cheap out on the externals here....

Very minimal update: Activity seen on 25 and 26 May; approximately 20-odd workers on site, and police presence. Unclear how much was done, and no cement-work was seen.
