This is a very positive intensification project, and one that should bring further benefits to redeveloping Bronte as a stand alone community with a vibrant 'downtown' area. The site photo does not accurately portray the redevelopment that has completed on the north side of Lakeshore (The Village at Bronte Harbour) and stretching along Lakeshore to the east there are a number of further opportunities to turn low-rise commercial and parking lots into intensified residential and commercial space. Bronte GO is about 3.5 km away with connections by Oakville Transit. So lots of opportunity.

The site seems to have emptied of tenants, excepting the sales site. And these signs have now popped up. It appears as if their will be a lot of activity in the village of Bronte this summer.

The site is up and running. Was in the area today and noted pedestrian protection walkways in the works. This Developement is going to be a positive for Brontë Village and hopefully, some further impetus to rework some existing single and two story retail commercial and their adjacent parking lots.
