3 months per floor for the podium, 1.5 month per floor for the towers, add 2-3 years for fittings, I 'd say they should wrap this up by 2037/38.

After the atrocious garbage we've seen them build, that's perfecfly fine by me. Let them stretch it out to 2099 if they want.

Well this may break a few people especially coming from me but as I look at the texture and think about it next to 11Yv if they do the cladding on the podium on this one right it might not turn out half bad now we probably won't see it completed until 2046 when the magic fourth phase of one young has appeared that none of us knew about but it could look good in 2046 when Pemberton finally gets it finished

I think that that is actually a new wall not the thickness of the entire slab was looking at pictures Benito posted earlier though I could be wrong
