...there's lots to be said about G + C and probably reasonably so. I dare to think however, that they have a knack of designing their stuff to what the developers are willing to pay. And if the developer is willing to pay just a bit more, you end up with buildings like this or Vita on the Lake. It's something to least consider when putting all the blame for shite onto the architect, IMO.
