Here are shots taken today, with the latest shots of the curtain wall; a shot of the corner section nearing completion; and the addition of a new crane brace presumably as they are about to raise it.

I just bought into this project with my gf. She had purchased pre-construction 5 years ago. 2 bed 2 bath on the 40th floor, pricey but I did it for love lol. Any guesses on occupancy? I feel at minimum it will be Fall 2024.

Autumn 2024 sounds about right for 40th floor occupancy. Higher floors probably 2025/2026.

17 & 18 are the mechanical levels.
I think by now they’ve poured the slab for 18 and are working on the walls and columns. But we lack photographic evidence…
