I believe to my little understanding of this that it's the mechanics of how they doing this elevator core requires them to do it this way. Note the formed concrete floor base is 3 stories down...this is were we will likely see something interesting (and fun) assembled there. <3So the elevator core is being built last?

One would assume they are the same as anywhere else in the province. You need your license to fly over pedestrians or other people and in public spaces, and given both the height youd be flying at and proximity to local airports you'd likely have other considerations as well.is that a drone shot? what are the legal requirements to fly a drone at this intersection?
i'd love to get out and shoot some shots! just always assumed it wouldn't be legal...
