When they get to the lowest floor level they will then dig for a caisson cap that will tie the caissons together.

The super columns will then start to be formed from the caisson cap.

The caissons are rarely ever poured to the proper height. They all need to have the steel exposed so they can attach the next sections.

If my count is right i see on the blue print 30 caissons that i haven't seen them dig or was to hard to follow.. thank you.. just wondering..

The One, vs. CIBC. Completely different scale, scope and economics. As in restoring a '69 Shelby in a single car garage, vs. building a 1,000,000 sq ft warehouse in a field. Hines/Ivanhoe Cambridge have the muscle and global development DNA, plus a shotgun contractual delivery date, and that requires they throw all resources needed to get in done on time. Come September, or sooner, when the ground floor structure of The One breaches street level, I won't be surprised to read posts saying, nah, it's never going the be built.
