I did.

Twice in the last seven months or so, I suggested they could get to one floor per week, and twice I was slapped down. I expect that when they do a floor in 5ive days, someone will pipe up and say they can't do it in seven.

IIRC, it won't be decided until at least January.

I think they are hoist elevators to be used during the early stages of construction. This was discussed on pages 856-857.

I think they are currently working on the floor slab that will be the floor for the 16th storey. The first mechanical storey is the 17th.
