This actually has a larger floorplate than a typical building in Toronto. This has a floorplate of 956 square metres - most residential buildings in Toronto are 750 square metres maximum.

The One's design of 8 external concrete columns is atypically robust and gives the architect a number of options to accommodate bend and torsional wind loads. If there was any concern one could add additional lateral members between the columns.

Americans are patriotic, unlike we are in Canada. Every other American house has an American flag waving, barely see this in Canada.
