This section of Yonge will get an overhaul when the work on the section south of Carlton is finished.

Likely ~2028-2029 I think. (edited to reflect less realism as per @penlasdle )

Until then the most you're likely to see is some milling and a new skim coat.

Aside from the next phase of YongeTOmorrow; the intersection here will be ripped up for the Bloor-Yonge Capacity expansion; and a likely re-do of Hudson's Bay Centre.

So no reconstruction til that's done.

Sorry. But it's something I am not going to do unless the admin tells me otherwise. I have my reasons for this. Except no one will be able to experience the views from The One unless you're connected with the right people :confused:.

It's a welcome sight to see those comparison pics! But man I've got to say The One sure is leaps and bounds better looking than Sky Tower and pointier Aura.
