I love the effect of those outdoor spaces (mechanical floors) because they break up the building and provide additional light-reflecting surfaces instead of having more glass.
It’s so luminous and magnificent compared to that squat, drab 1BE across the street! Well played, Renderer.
Hopefully The One will have a publicly-accessible nightclub on the roof like Manulife Center has, would be some dramatic views from the top!

It already is difficult to see the stars in the city, especially downtown. The notion that one ought to be able to be downtown, in the midst of all the city lights and see the stars, as well, is unrealistic.The rendering looks great.
