I'm only amending the amazing picture with what I believe are the approximate final heights of the 308m and 328m tall variants of the tower! I don't have enough knowledge with visual effects to give a better rendering.

Yeah, agree. He didn't buy your photos from a stock website. He's directly profiting from putting your photos in his video. The LEAST he could do is a small credit at the bottom of each shot that isn't stock photography.
