From my POV, the top of the core is now level with the lower half of 1BE's mechanical penthouse. Maybe by end of the month?

Two shots showing the relative height of The One’s highest point (top of the core) vs 1 Bloor East. The first shot was taken from my condo, the second from around Bay & Yorkville (look at the shadow of The One’s core on 1 Bloor East’s mech penthouse). Both confirm that The One has not quite surpassed its neighbour , maybe 10-15 ft short. It will happen soon though, very soon!

...most recent shots on this page appear to have The One in front of One Bloor East, making it difficult to tell. But I also suspect from that The One is closer to surpassing that milestone than we think.
