Bloor and Yonge in 1972 and 2023
Really need some window washing done eh? lol
I would guess they're in the process of raising the platforms to the next level, can't do them all at once. It's interesting how the forms aren't all moving in unison currently left side column is up higher than right
I think they will be starting 41, they should reach 150m at 43.Has it officially become a skyscraper (>150 m) with that topmost column? For comparison 2 Bloor W is 149 m.
It would be nice but it seems the management doesn't want to spend money.Really need some window washing done eh? lol
WOW. So they've finally decided to pour a new curb on Bloor Street? Maybe they'll even deign to open a sidewalk to public use again in 2024! Wonderful. Great project. But, blocking public passage on public land since December, 2017 (it will be seven years before it re-opens), is too freaking long, covid or no covid. They should pay compensation for that.
25% of the building is vacant, management needs to reduce the opex by skipping out on window washing. It would be nice but it seems the management doesn't want to spend money.
