I think they missed a corner floor pour.
I think you are referring to the floor just below the one being formed now? (See the red annotation below.) It is there and you can identify it by the dark square fixtures that will be used to attach the glass wall. The current forms are obviously extended beyond the area that will be poured and thus hide the floor below it.
