Did anyone notice the square opening above the doorway on the right? I believe that is where the Logo will be going for the ground floor retail. I remember it was asked how power would come through. I noticed it on my bike ride past last night, but didn't have time to take a closer photo.
I did...

...but I was wondering what that was about till now. So thanks! 😼

Interior walls continuing to be filled with rebar.
Elevator shafts for the main tower have also started to arrive on site today:

In regards to the main floor tenet, will it be a not so secret secret until opening and a curtain is pulled back revealing whomever will be occupying the space, or will there will be some point during construction that a "Coming Soon" sign will be placed in the window?
I can't say who the tenant is, or agree or disagree with any of the previous posts about who that tenant may be. There are no plans that I know of for any of that "coming soon" or anything of the sorts.

I can't seem to find one of the posts where someone noticed the ground floor glass has black dots and a hit of silver.

So I dug deeper into the glass, and found that it's actually double printed. One side of the glass (exterior) has black dots, and the interior has a silver/mirror dot. Printed twice, exactly in the same spot. I found that to be a pretty cool feature.

Given how aggressively they are moving on the ground floor, I'd be very surprised if they didn't try and open the main retail unit before the rest of the tower is finished.

If I'm a retailer, there's no way I'm paying a lease in a place that's a complete construction zone that will have constant disruptions to the foot traffic that are interested in coming to the store.

Well...you're not this retailer though. As there is lots of example of things moving into buildings that are almost completed. As well as, depends on this retailer, who may desperately want to move in this prime location as soon as it is feasible. We shall see...

It sounds like we have a couple project coordinators on the thread, they could probably confirm the level of fit-out to happen. But given the cumbersomeness of those windows I could see a rationale to install them before any soffit or fascia work happens. Not a lot of headroom there to get those things in

No but I was the manager of a major retailer for a place at Yonge and Sheppard, and I can tell you that while construction was going on for the Sheppard line, we took a beating, so I don't know why any retailer would want to take that chance.

Prestige could solve that issue here. I cant imagine any retailer would want to wait 2-3 years to open, when they could be open in 1. Especially when you consider the fact that it is likely the original occupation date would've been well before this building gets completed due to various delays.

Excuse the glare on the first couple, I will try and edit these later.
