I walked by the Scotiabank building west of this site and saw that it was covered in scaffolding. Does anyone know what's the deal and if it's related in any way to the project? I remember there were rumblings about this property being potentially acquired by Mizrahi

Building permits say it's a facade replacement and interior alterations for the Scotiabank site, so I'd guess no.

Thanks for the info! I guess I was surprised by all the construction happening on the south side of bloor between bay and yonge (One yonge, manulife and Scotiabank)
