Taken from Mississauga Ward 10 Development Applications:

5150 Ninth Line (Phase 1): "A variety of townhomes (119 units) on public and private roads, and a subdivision for 5 residential blocks to accommodate the proposed condominium and freehold townhomes and a public road".

5150 Ninth Line (Phase 2): "Five condominium townhouses and 42 back to back townhouses on private roads".

This is on the west side of Ninth Line, north of Eglinton Avenue West in Mississauga's Churchill Meadows area. The developer is Mattamy Homes and the architect is Q4A. The marketing name for this development is "The Nine". More information including floorplans can be found on The Nine website as well as on Mattamy Homes' website.

No, a next phase just started sales, so its still under construction.
Phase 1 complete. No work on Phase 2 in the back or Phase 3 down the street. Pictures below after the Phase 3 site plan.
